This exhibition depicted a two ways look as a way of paying tribute to rural women, who silently sacrified their way for others and carried with the responsability of being strong, as my grandmother was and my mother is. There is a serie of standard portraits of rural women in Romania, and a serie of portraits detailing a way of looking, the glare in their eyes, or a way of frowing the mouth…who will probably tell us more about them, as women in spite of as holder of tradition and hard work.
