We created monsters during the medieval times and collected them in books called Bestiaries. They were a reflection of the darkness, fear or wonder that people experienced and didn't know how to explain.

In this workshop we invite into the light the parts of us -emotions or feelings- we keep in the dark because we don’t like them. We give shape to them with love and humour, listening to what that hidden part tells us about ourselves, and integrating the lesson they have for our own growth.

The workshop is suitable for children, teenagers and grown ups.
